which roof rack?

Lookin for help picking out a roof rack!

I have a 2009 TRD Sport 4door (white). And I'm looking for one for both looks and functionality. I like the sporty look, but I also go snowboarding often in the winter so it will be handy to have. I've considered purchasing the stock rack and then getting an add on that locks in my boards. So I'm wondering if I do that (and what specific aftermarket add on that holds boards), or do i get more of an all in one if those exist?

The only thing that I really want to avoid is having to do too much to install it myself. I know the stock toyota one will be fairly easy because it already has all the necessary holes drilled and whatnot. So I'm a little concerned about getting one that requires too many mods to install.
