bed stake pockets

Are there bed stake pockets in the 4 bed cornors under the plastic bed rail cover? If so how to access them.....pry cover off, cut hole, etc.?

did not realize it was posted twice.....when pressed send no acknolgement of message being sent, nor could I find it posted......thought I was on the preview page and that it just disappeared......am new to all this.......then could not find it anywhere in the "garage" section under topics listed....fumbled around and found the post under subscriptions.....why there than under a topic I have no idea.......am in the learning phase........
