These guys are really, really pissing me off

So I go back to get my tint job fixed -- very poor work, gaps, etc. I leave my truck all day yesterday. I go back at around 7pm and they have it done. All looks good -- as it should have the first time. Im driving in the daylight today and I look over at the passenger side door panel...

There are about seven deep scrapes running top to bottom on the black part of the door panel (where the latch is located). I cant friggin believe it. It looks like a dog has scraped the crap out of the door panel. I am furious. I went back there today to tell them to replace the door panel or im taking them to small claims court and calling the better business bureau. They were closed and I left a note.

Anyway, my question is.....does the door panel come in two parts (the black top part and the gray bottom part), or is it one entire piece? And where would I go about ordering it? I assume I would have to go directly through toyota.

PS. If you live in the So Cal area NEVER go to Cool It Window Tint in Upland!!! These guys are complete HACKS.

The place to go is D&L window tinting in Baltimore... Take a road trip to the east coast to get your tint done

i believe that it is all one piece when it is ordered. However it is made in two separate pieces.

I have to agree. When I was fixing an issue with my old Gen One a few years ago Toyota wanted me to buy the entire peice even though all I needed was the top.
