    Ok So 2 weeks ago I began negotiating with an Ebay seller on these halo lights thatr messed up (search the thread)
    Now They finally sent me this. (I told them they fogged up sometimes)

    Hmmm.......that sucks.... I think they are wrong. Factory lights dont seem to fog up.
