Aight guys so I've searched and read other other threads but still kinda unsure if I got my answer

I need a new lug stud for my rear driver side and was wondering if
    A. Easy fix and steps for the fix
    B. Are the fronts and rear interchangeable? I hear that the fronts are longer and can get them at autozone for 2 bucks a pop but they don't have rears in there system
    C. If i do put the front ones on the back is there any long term damage?

    Thanks in advanced!

So called the local dealership and they said it's the same size front and rear?

    A) Not as easy as the fronts, but doable. I ended up drilling a hole in the backing plate to knock the studs through instead of pulling the axle, but the "by the book" way is to remove the axle shaft.

    B) The rears are a little longer (thicker axle flange). If you run fronts back there you won't get full thread engagement.

C)As long as the splines are the same, no. The fronts are just shorter.

I got tired of replacing them and finally went with ARP wheel studs. The ARP's are a little longer which means you have to use open nuts, but they are tough!

    Stock Rear size
    M12 x 1.5
    Knurl Dia. 14.20mm
    Length 44.10mm

Fronts are the same just 40mm in length.

    stock compared to ARP

My wheels and tires weigh north of 150 lbs. Haven't broke a single stud since going to ARP's.
