Fab Four Question-front hitch receiver

I have a prerunner front bumper sitting in my garage that is scheduled to get installed tomorrow early am. Does anyone know if I can install the front hitch receiver that they make for the winch insert area after the bumper is installed? I know that this is possible on other bumpers. Obviously I can call them tomorrow but I had the install scheduled and do not want to push it out.

install was a success minus the box missing the hardware kit for the running lights/turn indicators. Also-I am not sure that the rear of the light housing is very protected from the elements. It looks like I will need to do some modifications to protect it from the snow and dirt. The space for the front hitch receiver should be large enough to put it in while the bumper is on.
