    Thanks Chris.

OP..,. Hard to see from pics, I don't see ballasts tho.
Basically I'd trace the halo wiring back to the splice.... This should be at the corner lights in the housings.

Is there a link to the instructions?

There's more than 1 way to wire the halos, and it will determine the functions.

They are latched on with 3M tape it came with, they are connected to the back of the light. I'm not sure exactly where the wiring from the halos is. The wires come from the same spot as the center bulb and I assumed the halos were tied into those. The wires coming off the balast are the red connecting to the whites (main wires) and the black into the black (main wires). Everything is tied into the DTRL for power which is why I don't understand why everything but the halos work.

Yep and that's how they're hooked up. Maybe its where the quick connector ties in with the wires coming off the CCFL ballast

I'm gonna take the red and black ballast wires out of the quick connector and try to splice them right in to the wire like a pigtail. Is there a way for the halos to be on with my headlights and DTRLS?

My bad, haha. The red and black wires coming from the CCFL ballast connected to the main wires with quick connectors. Problem is the wire from them wasn't even an 18 gauge and the others were so it didn't get the connection needed for the halos to come on. I spliced passed the quick connectors in the middle of the white+black wires with butt connectors and heat shrink. Easy fix!
