Nice. I advise if youre going to use it alot, get a second battery for it. Thats what my plans are.

I have used it for a TV and air compressor

Could you run two things off it, like get a thing that makes one plug into two outlet plugs so you can power a small tv and a video game... cause thats what im hoping to do at school

depends on the amps or W that they are pulling. i think that sitting still w/ the truck on will only puch 400W....so if it takes more than that to power the tv and console, then no dice

How long could you run a small TV on not kill the battery? I have yet to try mine.

You dont need a very expensive battery if youre just going to play the tv and etc on it.

Ill use it for a tv for Tailgating

I plug in the blender to make margaritas while tailgating...

When the power went out in our city last year I plugged in an extension cord and powered my tv & directv receiver in the house. I was the only person on the street watching infomercials at 3am... ;-)

BTW, i never ended up ordering the snuggie...

No let it idle. Running means.....driving it with something in the outlet

then if ur running it, u'll be constantly charging the battery...it'll run as long as u have the truck on, then as long as the battery will hold.

now the battery should die if u do a mod and make it able to be used when the truck isnt running and just straight off battery power.....

    CHRIS!!!! lol

LOL, Sorry....With the truck ideling, I belive there is circutry in place to cut the inverter if the drain on the battery becomes to much. I havent been able to confirm this. If your pushing close to 100 watts with the engine off, the battery will drain quickly. AND, the possibility does exist to drain the battery even when the vehicle is running at idle and pushing 400 watts out of the inverter. The alternator on the truck doesnt push out max amps until around 1300, or so, rpm...
