I just read through two and a half pages of pointless arguing to finally see information about a few small interior accessories? I would just like to see what other people are doing to customize their interior. If a guy wants wood grain or shag carpet and a Ferrari logo on the dash, so be it.
Has anybody else come up with some good interior mods? Mild, wild, floor mats, seat covers, even wood grained doors, don't care. (But if its too cool I might have to steal the idea lol)
I've already machined a custom shifter, pics will be up shortly.

not sure if you could call this mods or just upgrades. Added auto dimming mirror w/back up screen and over head temp/compass gauge.(auto dimming mirror w/back up screen wasn't an option till 09+. Temp/compass gauge was only available in a TRD package).

Center console cover. Map lights on with dome light mod.

I also did the power sliding rear privacy glass mod. Not sure if that counts as an interior mod. Other than that I've pretty much kept everything stock.

Not the most spectacular, but I wanted to dress up my inexpensive seat covers. I found these Toyota patches on ebay.
I just installed the "Im Mr Yo" mirror relocation bracket this weeked.

This thread is a fine example of why some things should be left stock.

Wish I can afford to throw $1000.00 + at the seat covers I wanted from katzkin. I'd throw a $19.00 cushy pad at it and call it a day for now. No point for me to waste over a thousand dollars on a set of seat cover. Really, it's not like my Tacoma is my luxury ride that needs all the pimped up details along with the necessary greases.

I'm not looking to throw exorbitant amounts of money at it, but I'm just wanting to see what other owners did to stand out. Photos would be nice. I mean even the (dare I say it) j33p crowd do some pretty neat things with theirs. And I mean like diy stuff. Something original.

Those seat covers all look pretty sick. TRD ones are bad a$$. Shame mines a base with bench seat...

Mr Yo mirror bracket, Wet Okle covers, Husky floor liners, 3M imitation carbon fiber on my cup holder, the door piece that holds the window switches and the stereo surround (both were scratched and needed something done), Pioneer double DIN with Pioneer amp and Polk speakers (separates in the front and two ways in the rear), Dynamat in the doors, windows tinted, modded the inverter to be 400w all the time and installed two outlets on the passenger side of the shifter console, LED interior lights, I've got a bracket I can install for a laptop for trips, probably some other crap I've forgotten.

And there's the current form. I've got a good friend laser etching a piece of acrylic with the shift pattern in it for the hole in the top. Or the Toyota emplem. Dunno yet.
