Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
    What I use:

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.prowl.torque&hl=en

In addition to inclinometers (tilt AND roll), there's altimeter, compass, GPS, full OBD2 access (including one-click google search of fault codes, *AND* resetting fault codes!), stand-alone track timers, GPS-based speedometer (for those with larger tires), route mapping, and a shit-ton of other stuff I haven't even played with yet. My standard screen includes 14 gauges (I need to trim that down), and my explorer screen is Tilt, Roll, Compass, Altimeter, and GPS. The inclinometers are able to be easily calibrated. Does not need cell tower signal, and even works in Airplane Mode. Android-based.

If you have a droid phone, Torque app is definitely the way to go. I use it too and love it. It does everything in one app better than multiple stand alone units
