Crome streaks, water spots, and stains....flat black is a little more forgiving when it comes to vehicle accents.

Still baffles me that you can get heated leather seats in Canada from Toyota but not heated mirrors

One thing I forgot to mention was the sound system. I have to say that the sound system in the LTD is probably the BEST OEM system that I have heard so far. The sound system used to be the FIRST thing that I changed on a new vehicle but I have no intention of changing this system out. Maybe it is because of the small interior, but I don't think so. Even cranked up there is no distortion and TONS of bass (if you want it).
As far as the chrome goes, to each his own. Chrome has some great benefits like not scratching or denting as easily as paint, doesn't fade and is really durable. I personally just like my white truck with black accents, but again, to each his own. I sold all of my chrome accents or traded them for painted to match or black parts to another member. Attached is a pic of his truck after installing the chrome and doing his mods. Not bad, even with the chrome eh?

I just bought one on Friday. Honestly, I wasn't going to. But after two months of looking for the right truck, and going back and forth, I pulled the trigger. I plan on driving this car for a long, long time and I'm happy I decided to upgrade to the limited package.

Good for you man! Hey, there is nothing "wrong" with the LTD, I do love my truck but just cannot leave anything alone (stock). It is kind of a "hobby" with me. Due to physical limitations, I can't play golf, etc, but there is always something on the truck to make "improvements" on:) Bottom line is: Are YOU happy with the truck? That is all that matters. I think given proper care that they will still run forever and you will LOVE the sound system! Congrats!

Sharp truck. Any pics from the side. Almost looks like a 12" bulletproof lift on the truck.

No, sorry. The guy that I sold the chrome parts to only sent me a before and after pic. Man, I had no idea he was going to go that far on his truck! Looks really aggressive.

    this and that...
the truck is sick. from the wheels (cant really see the whole face), looks like hes running a set of weld dunes. bulletproff suspension is some skrills. i wanted to invest in it, but when i lifted my truck is was not available to the market yet, so i ended uo going with a full icon suspension and a 3" body. im running 2013 trail wheels right now. having gotten around to putting on my 20x14 welds on yet.

I really liked the leather seat option,I almost purchased a limited just for that (with intention on removing all the chrome after my purchase ) then I realized it wasnt worth it .

One thing I dislike on my taco is the fabic on the seats, the mesh holes trap dirt and debris really easily .

they dealers seem to give the limited away for alot less money then that MSRP tag, I dont think they are selling as well as toyota hoped.

They probably aren't. Look into catskin aftermarket leather kits if you still want leather....everyone says they are the best.

Check local upholstery shops in your area. I got mine locally installed and was cheaper than I could of gotten elsewhere and installed myself.

I would have liked an option package that only included heated seats, automatic climate control, and a tailgate lock. Oh well, still love my 2014 I drove home yesterday!
