This is for the 2014 owners that do not have a tailgate handle lock.

There is a change to the backup camera from 2013 to the 2014 truck requiring a new part number from Pop-n-Lock. Both new locks are compatible on trucks without the camera.

The PL5400 features BOLT technology. Install the lock, put in your ignition key and turn, DONE.

The PL5500 is the general style key just like the PL5300.

The PL8521 power lock carries over.

seems they have the part number but not the part. found out from cust service after i had my gate in the house and all apart. they sold me the 5300 after i spoke to them to make sure it would fit!
