Talking Here she is! Plan B

I feel like my wolf pack has grown, Im Sean, this is my taco. 08 DCLB Sport, don't mind my skewp.

Such a gorgeous beast, but I cant wait to begin Plan B...

I live in van BC and want to frequent the trails more and more often so im looking to do some modifications to le taco. All I read is icon this icon that? Id like a dece lift, for mild to rick rocky off roading on weekends and road trips, something that looks good and is functional, but works great as a DD too. money is not a crazy big factor but if I can spend less and still be happy that's great. my thoughts are new coils in the front (open to suggestions, I know everyone has an opinion), dakars in the back possibly? and some beefy unspoiled rubber on the stock alloys for now, 285/70/17? or 285/75/17? terra grapplers is what I had in mind. sliders in the near future and plate bumps. this after all is just the beginning, taco mindset has taken over! All input welcome.

Thanks guys glad to be here.

for coils i'd go with OME suspension, or if you want coil overs (adjustability is a big draw for these) you can go for something as inexpensive as Sway-a-way to something completely custom.

Nice truck. i don't mind the skewp, i've got one too. I offroad from time to time and daily drive my tacoma. I run the toytec coilovers up front with an aal and bilstiens in the rear with 285/70/17. Its a decent lift, but not too hardcore or too expensive, but is nice quality. I got everything from Toytec Lifts, even the UCAs. I love icon stuff aswell, but with my budget and my truck needs, i just don't see getting icon stuff. I've got over 40k on my suspension setup and it still works and looks great. Best of luck to you.

Hahah ya I like that! Well what does everyone think? If I had 3 grand cash to spend tmrm... Wwjd?

On another note where do you local guys go wheeling? I've only been up past furry creek just after the big hill, up on the atv trails with those big wooden deck lookout points.
