Best bang for the buck lift for my 08?

I dont want to spend a ton, maybe 500? Whats my best bet to go with... I obviously want enough to notice... I have a DC, will upgrade to larger tires on my stock rims later...

 

Id look for a slightly used to used set of either coilovers with aal or OME setup with aal. Other than that just get the billstein 5100's all the way around and adjust the fronts up

Is the front diff drop necessary with the kit?

 

I dont know what kind of truck you have. If you have a 4x4 yes. Some of the kits come with it. If you get a kit without it you can buy it separate i think. You shoup update ur info on your truck so it displays when you post. It will help in the future.

 

I put a toytec 3" on my 2000 ext. cab about 6 months ago, it rides way better, has machined aluminum spacers for the front and AAL's in rear... all for just under $400 shipped. it took about 2.5 hours to install ( you need a spring compressor) and it's a super good buy, i'd go for the toytec for sure
