    Something doesn't sound right. I bought my 2013 DCSB 4X4 with everything including Nav. The sticker was $32,300.00 if I remember right. I am not sure how you can price one out at 35K.
    The marine industry has gone nuts on boat prices. You can't even buy a decent 20' runabout for under 40K these days.

    They cost a lot because they're worth a lot. Tacos are all over the road - seems like every other truck I see is a Taco or a Tundra. And they're not selling trucks by the pound - there's no less cost of construction or technology in a truck with a 6' bed than there is in one with an 8' bed. The sheet metal is of no significance.

    People know they'll be able to give their Toyota truck to their grandson if they just change the oil, and they line up to buy them as fast as they roll off the trailer. They've always been expensive - I come from a pickup truck family and we never owned Toyotas because we couldn't afford them compared to Fords which were "larger". The fact that we went through Fords like people change their socks never dawned on us...
