Well after a long day of stripping my 06 Taco frame of rust and scale I was able to POR 15 the whole thing came out and bye bye rust my mind has been set at ease. Lucky for me that my frame was in good shape and only had minor rust areas but it I now completely treated against rust. I wanna say thanks to all you guys for your posts about POR 15 and how good it works.

The POR 15 I put on last year has already peeled off. A lot of money and time wasted. I prepped the best I could without laboratory conditions.
    Good luck.

I sandblasted my '05 frame and just used ordinary rust paint and primer. It turned out great and I will repeat as necessary, hopefully I will get a couple years before I have to do it again. Total cost, less than $100 and my frame looks awesome.
