For the life in me I can't figure out why the party I'm on the phone with cannot hear me. Everything else works fine. It used to work with no problems. I have checked all the settings I can find on the truck and phone. I have the Entune with Nav and using an IPhone 5.

May sound crazy but is the truck on mute?

    - Truck on Mute
    - Repair connection (disconnect reconnect manually)
    - Start new connection (delete phone, repair phone)
    - Make sure Itunes is updated, when they come out with new patches they like to make the old ones not work, making things not work correctly for people that haven't updated, forcing them to update.

When in a call what does the audio source say? I used to answer/make a call via my phone when it was in my cup holder(hold home for siri) and expect it to automatically use the truck but it didn't always connect. When I answer/make a call with the truck itself it works every time.

When in a call check the top right button that says speaker when away from truck, I think it changes to something called "Audio"

    Anyways my 2 cents

I used to have a Samsum Galaxy S(whatever) and for the life of me I couldn't get BT phone AND streaming audio to work together. I could have one OR the other only. And no, not just while I was talking on the phone. I'm pretty much a no product loyalty dude so I switch but, now Crapple kinda has me hooked on the iTunes and sharing. (and I hate commitment)

That's weird.... I've got the Galaxy Note III and it works perfectly with BT with calls and music.

Is it setup for just Audio or is it set up for phone and Audio? If you are not sure delete and reinstall making sure you install as both a phone and an audio player. Also mKe sure another BT device is connected for some reason.

I checked everything you guys suggested, all looked fine. I ended up deleting everything with the phone from the head unit. Re-installed it and it now works.

Who knows? Hopefully this will help someone in the future. Thanks guys, I really appreciate the time and help.

Glad you got it fixed! BT can be a PITA sometimes. When it works it works great but when it doesn't it's frustrating as hell.
