Ship sliders to Hawaii. Or fabricate in Hawaii

Howzit guys. I'm looking for a set of sliders. Want to order for All-Pro. Beautiful sliders. The problem is trying to get them to Honolulu. Have any of the Hawaii boys had a set shipped over? If so, what company did you use. Or are there any local shops that can fab them locally? Please let me know. I wanna order me soon.
