Are these clearance, approach, departure angles possible?

I was wasting some time browsing the internet and ended up on the AEV site. I started lusting after the Brute Double Cab and then realized how similar they are to double cab Tacomas. (I know... that should have been my first thought...)

Has anyone taken measurements to find clearance, approach and departure angles on modified Tacomas? I'm intersted to find out what would be needed to match or beat the specs on the AEV Brute.

Obviously those are stock approach angles. Lifts, tires, bumper swaps, all of these will change approach/departure angles. Each truck will obviously be different.

And the break over angle, stock, for a 4x4 DCSB is 21 degrees. http://www.toyota.com/content/ebrochure/2013/tacoma_ebrochure.pdf

With those numbers you could figure out how much lift (suspension plus tires) it would take to get the angles you want. The other factor though would be aftermarket bumpers and skid plates, which might affect clearances.

Yes. $40,000 on top of the vehicle price. I'm curious how much easier/cheaper it would be to do it with a Tacoma. I wonder how close a guy could get with a 3" lift, 33" tires and aftermarket bumpers.

Any of you with cool trucks have one of these and some flat stock kicking around?
