man..i hunt with a few guys. sat morning..4:30 and it was still dark. i came out and i smelled it. burnt oil. my buddies SUV was leaking like a sieve. he said.."hey, if you want me to drive, i'll need to add some oil.." last year, he couldnt drive once, cuz his shocks were wore out..

hahah..nope, i drove. another buddy; Jeep. heater didnt work. another buddy; big truck..i get better MPG.

i think i take my truck most of the time!!

i dont collect gas money..or money for the bridge tolls. i should, or maybe buy a crappier truck! :D

Ask them to pay for gas, simple.

Hauling your kills in an SUV probably isn't all that clean anyway.

When I was stationed in Alameda in the early 80's used to hunt pigs at Hunter Liggett. Just like the Navy bombing range in Dare county NC those signs "Do not molest unexploded ordnance" always made me wonder who the moron was that just had to poke unexploded bombs sticking out of the ground to see what would happen and caused those signs to be put up in the first place.

I bought an AC and ripped out the rear seats for the dog. Only have room to carry one other person with me :) My main hunting partner recently traded in his 3rd Tacoma over many years for a FJ and first thing he did was rip out his rear seats and put in a slide out with platform for the dog crates. We both carry the Ford and Jeep guys when we go hunting. But if his dogs get skunked now there is going to be a whole lot of puking in that FJ!
