cool, post up how you like it, i'd like to know if it retains all the stock headunit features and adds to them, im a little worried about losing steering wheel controls with a replacement unit.

are you going to integrate the b\u camera?

so the install went really well, had a couple hiccups, like the parking wire issue, i had to remove the radio and ground the wire for the dvd to work. i really like the features of the radio, super easy to navigate the menus, awesome equalizer, and the bluetooth works great for my android phone, and my ipod for music!

First, buy a headunit that has a 3.5" wired remote input on the back.
Second, buy an iDatalink Maestro steering wheel interface. http://maestro.idatalink.com/product/product/product_id/101
Third, flash the proper Maestro firmware for your vehicle from their website.
Fourth, install it, clipping and splicing it in to three wires in your factor harness.

Done. You can program the functions of each button. For example, on mine, if I press and release the down volume button, it drops by one. If I hold it, it cuts the volume in half. If I hold it again, it goes back to what I last had it at.
