2010 DCSB MGM color with 49K Miles (yeah, it's a US truck imported by Newmarket, ON Toyota).
And I bought it from Collingwood Toyota here in town!

I ain't complaining. I'm not able to afford a new Taco, it just ain't gonna happen with my finances.

    Cheers,

    Correct and thank God.

Between the high taxes and noted dealership monopoly...I'm grateful.

Scenery sure is nice up your way though.

Arguably, about 1/4 of the population of Florida during Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar... is Canadian !

2013 DCSB TRD Sport w/Leather: $35840.00 before taxes. They would NOT budge on the price. $37630 with Freight and PDI

I pushed for a higher trade-in valuation on my old truck instead. Bought out in the Valley, figured they were more willing to pay more for a pickup trade in than a dealer in the city would. They were willing to work with me on this and I was happy with the outcome. Plus, the trade in reduces the taxes a bit.

I financed at 0.9% through Toyota Canada.

Sounds like you did pretty well, especially with the interest rate. What time of year did you buy? Did you negotiate the rate or was it just their rate at the time.

Sounds like some guys are getting deals, while others like myself are at the mercy of their dealer. Quick side note, what's everyone paying for insurance?

That was a Toyota Canada rate. 0.9 on 48 months. Pretty cheap rate.
    I bought in June, 2013
