need guidance on choice spark plugs

    I have 2006 Tacoma sr5 4door 4.0 l auto with some mods but was wondering with almost 81000 miles (changed every 30000 miles)what kind of spark plugs you gear heads recommend?

    (totaled) 2011 Tacoma DC
    one of a few times most everyone will tell you to buy the manufacturer's plugs and typically they are cheap at the dealership.

    Honestly I would disagree with this. When you go to the dealership they will be Denso Copper Core replacement plugs. The NGK side was worn by .05 more than the Denso side when I changed them on my 2011. Leads me to believe the Denso is the better plug.

    Get iridium type plugs. Last like 100k. Pick a brand.

    They do work but I "personally" wouldn't do it. There is a reason that our trucks have copper plugs in them and I have to trust the engineers know whats best for our engines. Every 2 years to replace plugs isn't that bad in my opinion.
