Heater not working on Low, 2 or 3 setting...

Bilstein 5100s, AAL, heated leather seats, Thule Rack, tow package, anytime foglight, Fold-a-cover

This week my heater has decided not to work at the low, 2nd or 3rd setting but does work on high. Kicks in as it should. I was planning on doing the blower motor chirp repair when It warmed up (currently 18F) and now this happened. Any ideas on repair or what look for?
