yeah, Florida does that sort of thing every once in a while
there was a TERRIBLE winter in NY and I flew down to Florida to visit my brother, and was super excited to go get in some warm weather
first day I got down there just happened to be there first time it snowed in however many-odd years

Not real impressed with the traction control on my prerunner

Being able to turn it off is a feature I'm glad I found

    Thanks again Tacoma World !!!

A lot of out of state tags ... Looks like they came for vacation ... probably not what they planned for

Interstate 10 is still closed in a lot of areas west of Tallahassee

That makes for a long drive home back to Texas and Louisiana

It was -40 here this morning with the wind chill. There are snow banks along Saskatchewan Avenue that are 4 meters high (13 feet). But that's just winter here.

Sorry to hear that you're getting such wild weather in your neck of the woods and I hope that everyone is safe.

A few days ago I saw a plow truck drive down a snow covered highway with its plow pulled up. Can someone explain that s**t to me?

all that will do is remove the snow that actually gives traction compared to the frozen slick ice underneath.

i see that all the time on base here. they remove the perfectly nice snow on top and expose the solid sheet of ice under it. all you then have is glazed and groomed sliding up to a stop sign.

Been raining thank God, but 50 deg and rain sucks to work in. My house doesn't have heat, I'm sick of being cold.
