At what point does the UCA need to be upgraded? My lift will get me to 2.45-2.6 up front. Will I have enough adjustment? Also at what point is a transfer case drop needed?

to get a better alignment UCA should be upgraded, I just put on Light Racing UCA (best bang for your buck) and it got my alignment issues corrected. check out bob's garage for a great deal on them

If you are in or near Albuquerque, take it to Chet's on Menaul.

    http://www.chetswheelalignment.com

If it can be within spec, they will get it there.

    A 2.45-2.6" lift shouldn't be a problem.

Truck dependant but you will probably need them if you want a correct alignment. You can always lift, get an alignment, then figure out what you want to do after that.

I would go ahead a budget for new uca's too. Even if you get close to spec on alignment, the truck wont perform to its best. I know some say you can get by with a 2.5" lift and no ucas, buy why just get by??!!. Do it right and get ucas, especially if you do ANY offroading
