Saw this 2006 DCLB 4X4 LONGTRAVEL Tacoma for sale, they are asking $23,500. It has 4'' LT with fox coil overs, 2.5 14'' 3 tube bypass in the rear with crumbly bed cage TIG welded, general tires with method wheels, baja design LED bars, Rigid dually on fogs, Fiber fenders and bedsides, subwoofers, amplifiers and touchscreen HU. 95k miles

Thinking on selling my taco and buying this one, is it worth it? What you guys think?

They finished building it Saturday, haven't tested it

 

If you want it for looks, test drive & make an offer. I think there's only 1 person I'd trust for a +4 front LT setup though

How many miles on it??? That is a big factor with the price

If they are building it just to sell it was the truck totaled?

 

Guy that build it said that owner got very into offroad and started building a race car

 

Just talked to owner, it has 95k miles. He's going to send me more picture of rear suspension and interiors

 

You could find so much more for the money....

 

Welds in their Facebook pictures look like boogers.

 

There shop is down in Ensenada too, so whoever gets it would have to deal with transferring to a CA reg.

 

It has a CA title

 

I didn't see any plates so I wasn't sure.

 

Is it a clean title or salvage title although would it matter for a build? prob not, but as far as price yes.

 

Cool looking truck, but i like building my own rigs rather than buying one already done up. Gives me a sense of accomplishment. plus this one already has almost 100k on it. Just my .02

 

Sell you mine for 25 (; less miles lol
