Heated seats (cloth) are not for me. But just because they're not for me doesn't make them dumb. For those who like heated seats I'm sure they're not dumb (if there's anything such as a dumb seat)!

    Seat warmers? What's that? LOL;)

Look, I've lived my whole life in Wisc, and spent a ton of time in the UP of Mich in winter, not to mention skiing and winter camping in the mountains out west and northern Minn. A lot of that time was routinely below 0 F. (we just came through a spell of weeks with AM temps -10 to -15F below), and I have never once, not once, gotten in my truck in the past 22 years and said "my butt is cold!" You're sitting on a piece of insulating foam! Other parts have been COLD, but NEVER my butt. (Then, I don't have leather seats and I do wear pants ;))

I think I'd like a heated steering wheel more than heated seats. Cannot and will not drive with gloves. It takes awhile for a wheel to warm up after sitting in 15 below all night!

I remember the time I wrecked my Lexus, that stuck accelerator thing came in handy for an excuse. Of course it was just a matter of taking a corner at 80 instead of 50.

Speaking from experience, I love the ass-toasters in my wife's Sienna. And I live in NC! My blood has thinned since living in upstate NY.

Just plain old taking a corner too fast. The whole car slid. That was a nice car, too. GS300. Badass sedan.

That GS300, that may be the last straight-six motor Toyota produces. That's what I liked about the car, the straight six. Straight six, dual exhaust.
