Hello Guys I'm hoping someone can help me diagnose a problem with my 2005 Tacoma TRD Offroad.
I just replaced front differential with a used diff only 30K on it numbers matched perfectly also installed new cv axles, seals and struts replaced with Bilstein 5100 at 1.75 inch lift. all seams fine until I tested on pavement in 4WD on straight away and brought up to 45 MPH. truck increasingly shakes with acceleration almost uncontrollably at 50MPH.

I'm dumbfounded I'm pretty sure even on dry pavement as long as wheels are straight this should not be.

Could it be an alignment because of the new struts with lift.
any one ever experience this any suggestions?

Correct in 4wd even on dry pavement (not advised) there shouldn't be any shaking. Does it do it in 2wd? An alignment is advised after a lift but is not your solution if it doesn't shake in 2wd.

truck is fine in 2wd slight vibration when idling but nothing noticeable when driving. 4 we feels ok engaging and slow but once speed hits 40 mph it starts and gets progressively. I don't have a clue where to look to solve this problem.
