I have the same issue, barely noticeable if I pull away slowly but really bad if I step on it. Been looking into a new shaft as well. I had Tom Woods shafts on my Jeep and they were awesome quality.

Can you provide a link or info for where to get a driveline spacer? I was thinking about this since I changed my leaf springs and developed the driveline vibes. If the lift causes the driveshaft to be too short at the carrier bearing, could lengthening be the fix?

+1 what skidoo man said. Those vibes will kill your seals faster than anything. I never had a double cardon. But the guys with fj80s raved about them. If you don't rock crawl. The clearance shouldn't be much of a problem for you. If you do get into rocks I would not do a one piece. Your pinion shaft bearings carries the weight of the shaft. I wouldn't see that being a big issue.
