Bumper bodywork and alignment?

    I was in a fender bender a year or so ago and knocked my front bumper grill headlights out of alignment. Pushed them up about an eighth of an inch or more. Also bent the aluminum bar and brackets under /behind the bumper as well.

    Is it hard to realign these? Don't really want to pay a body shop if I can do it. I just need to go out and take a look. while I was at it I was thinking of modifying the front grill.
