Got tired of hearing that stupid noise when the outside temperatures got low so I set out to fix it yesterday. Before I figured it was the air tube where it went through the fender but upon further inspection it had plenty of foam and room to move in any direction. So I then looked at the engine cover and discovered that it is very close to touching the air filter assembly on the bottom. I added a couple pieces of the furry side of sticky back Velcro and what do you know, no more noise!!! Hope this helps others that are tired of that noise.

Mine was the air tube where it went through the fender. Unbolted it and moved it a little then tightened it back up. No noise since. Glad you found your noise.

I'll have to try this. I have one at low rpm's(1000-1500) and between 15-25mph that is not the driveshaft according to the dealer. it only seems to happen when it's cold out.

Thats like what mine did except it would also happen at any speed where the rpm was low.
