Ski Rack inside bed for short people!

Greetings, I have used the blogs to find info ... but never posted so here it goes. I have a '13 tacoma LB w ARE cab and access window. Was looking for a way to get my skis off the floor of the bed so they aren't in the way. Couldn't find anything so here is my solution, any insight, enhancements would be great!

1 ->picked up some unistrut 3/8 nuts - they fit in the bed track.
2 ->picked up 3/8 bolts about 1" long
3 ->using 1/2" galv pipe i made right angle racks to 'saddle' the skis.
4 ->have to trim the flanges so they fit snug in bed rail and also need to bore out holes to fit 3/8 bolts
5 ->wrap washer hose around pipe to avoid scratching and help w grip

BOOM!
