    Some stuff...
Curious how many members in Canada and here in the states wave, or get waved at by fellow Tacoma's on the road?

It's not as prominent as the Jeep wave, but I'd say 2 in 10 Taco's I encounter on the roads here in VA wave or wave back.

Rarely. I get more owners coming up and asking about the truck than wave on the road.

There is by far more Tacomas in Ontario than any other midsize truck so no not a lot of waving. I'd compare it to waving between Honda Civic to Honda Civic in the city.

In the country everyone waves at eachother regardless of the truck you drive.

I did however drive by a guy who had a Dakota which looked just like mine and my Dakota was Atlantic Blue which is a rare colour and he flashed his lights and waved.

TL;DR: Too many Tacoma to wave to.

Could at least throw a wave out while the appendage in question can steer for a moment.

Doesn't happen here in Western Colorado. Heck, we'd be waving constantly.

Lol. This reminds me when I was driving home a few weeks ago. I was driving down the highway and was passing one of those boxy souls or cube vehicles. As I got closer I noticed the guy was reading a magazine that he had up on his steering wheel. As I got closer I could definitively see that it was a porn mag! I was like 'Oh Damn' this guys home life must suck! Lol

I'll wave to them over here on base they don't wave back. No more waving until I get back to the states then I'm adopting the new rule that others have, not waving to stock tacomas.
