Shit, you are in Socal. I am in Norcal. Unless you are willing to drive that beast 400+ miles to come and do the alignment I can't help you much from here man. I live in the Bay Area. Lol.

Damn, Yeah thats a good 6+ hour drive lol. Im willing to drive, but not that far lol. Well it was worth a shot. Ill try to take it to other places and go off of the specs that you gave me.

Also, how are you liking those tires you have? are they holding up well? Ive seen those before but don't know of anyone who has them.

The tires are wearing like freaking steel. I have not seen barely any wear out of them in 10,000 miles that I have had them on. That's also that I go wheeling regularly. They are a bit noisier then stock, but they are not bad. Here's the thing man, if you want a daily off roader rig, you are gonna have to compromise somewhere. With knobbier but grippier tires comes more noise, with a better shock also comes a stiffer ride. However, it all depends on your needs then you can adjust. Mine in my honest opinion is awesome how it's built right now. It is fairly quiet considering the tires, turns like a pig on rails (Much better handling!), has WAYY less brake dive now, has some pretty good street manners and yet still just TEARS up those off road trails when I demand it to.

Been running saw 2.0's for 3 years

Keep the lift at <2.5" and they ride great. Have had to rebuild them twice but I bought them second hand and the winters were hard on them up here.

Cool because I was going to get some BFG AT's for my next tire but they do look exactly like them, so ill check them out.

The thing is is that I don't necessarily need a daily off roader, 90% of my driving is on the street. So mainly I'm just concerned with the smoothness on the road, but i would like to be able to go offloading and not worry at all as well. Thats mainly why I'm looking to ditch the bilsteins, or just keeping them and dealing with it.

    What no love for Radflo.

They make great shocks too but never get the love from Taco owners. I know FJ guys likes them and Nissan crowd loves them.

Anyhow just another option over KING, FOX, SAW, ICON

The bilsteins are actually pretty good offroading shocks. I used them before at places like Pismo beach and they performed well. If you want to go with a better shock though get the SAW coilovers and run a 550-600# Eibach silver spring on it. Those should get you within that comfort zone that you are looking for of both performance and off-road capability. The stocker springs are 540# just to give you an idea.

I had a set of SAW 2.5's on my old truck and loved em! I don't really have anything to compare them to since I haven't installed the OME kit on my new truck yet. But they were definitely very comfortable. Would run through some dirt pull offs on the highway and couldn't even tell the difference.
