I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on one of these center console safes. Anyone have one of these? They seem a little high but I've done enough searches to find that I can't find one cheaper.

Any feedback if anyone has one is appreciated. It seems like there isn't much to them but all feedback welcome...ease of installation, anything you dislike, etc.

    Thanks!

    Chrome don't get you home
I have one, I love it, I mounted 2 motion lights with it, 1 on the inside lid of center console and one on the inside lid to the safe, they. Come with 3 or 4 number combo lock, mine is the 3. One trick you should do if you get one is, at the top of the safe towards the passenger side there is a gap that stuff falls into, I cut a piece of thin metal, I used the piece of carpet that was stock in the center console as a template and I rtv glued it down and then cit the carpet piece to cover that piece.

I like the idea of not having to use a key (combo lock) but I'm not sure I like it $265 worth.

Good piece of mind if you carry a firearm. Often times you need to lock it in your truck if you go places you can't carry.
