I have that cap style filter wrench also and yes it works well for Toyota filters and will last forever. I like the expandable style because when you get a stubborn Toyota or aftermarket filter it digs into the sides of the filter and removes it easily.

Here's another website where you can buy one of those Fumoto quick drain valves:

    https://lubricationspecialist.com/front/showcontent.aspx?fileid=105

Go to the bottom and click the "Order Fumoto Valve Here" link. As somebody said before, the one for our truck is the F-103 or F-103N. They're cheaper at this site (you can get one w/ a nipple for $21.95 as opposed to about $25 at the other site), but the price is about the same if you take the 10% from the other site. Shipping is the same.

I recently purchased one for my wife's car. I haven't installed it yet, but it appears to be a pretty solid piece of equipment.

Why bother posting the site if it costs about the same?

In addition to the valve itself, this site sells those safety clips for $1.00. (You can also get a hose to fit the 103N for $2.00.) They'll ship the clips for no additional shipping if you buy a valve. Buying hoses will increase shipping costs.
