Factory roof racks

Educate me here people. I just saw a photo from the dealership of my new 2014 Tacoma that they got in and it has the roof rack as requested but there are no cross bars. Is that how the factory roof rack comes? I thought that it would come with cross bars like my 2006 4-Runner that I'm trading in had.

If it comes without the cross bars, can I remove the cross bars from the 4-Runner and install them on the Tacoma? I'll look later to see if they come out of the 4-Runner but I have to get to work now and will appreciate any input.

 

The cross bars rotate into the rails.
