I traded my 2008 for a 2014 Tacoma in October...I love the Tacoma, but I really miss the FJ's additional driver & passenger sun visors, mounted right over the respective doors. So handy & easy to use, especially in those odd moments when you need coverage/shade from both!

Ill take a bed that i can put stuff in rather than a sun visor any day of the week.

I don't think I can even remember a time where there has been direct sun to my front and side.

Move to NY and you won't have to worry about seeing the sun anymore...

Ugh it's been a long winter.

I spent a lot of time in my dad's FJ back when he leased it for 2007-2009 and I have no idea what this feature you speak of is. I remember it having sun visors, but I don't remember them being special?

I feel bad for all you non-westerners. We had one of the warmest, driest (a little too dry...) winters that I can remember, and you guys seem to be stuck in an ice-age. You guys should package it up and sell it to the west coast. We need it.

What is this sun you speak of. Where I live in Utah we only get that on rare occasions... Done with the winter

The 2008 FJ had a total of 4 sun visors...2 in the traditional spots above windshield, & 2 over each front window. Here in SoCal it came in handy...today is 75 degrees, but in the sun, feels like high 80's. Sorry...
