FINALLY - Truck shopping tonight - Yeah Badass, Yeah!

Ha ha, so i finally got rid of my goddamn company truck after it tried to kill me yet again and got confirmation from my company of my $$ for vehicle allowance and negotiated free gas.

So, i'm shopping tonight. I've got my eye on an 07 DC 4x4 TRD Sport LB. It's got 2 sets of rims, i'll keep the winters on the steelies and get the dealer to throw some Toyo M/T's on the stockers, it's also got a soft tonneau.

The mileage is a bit higher than i'd like (50,000 Kms) but it looks like it's in really good shape.

They have a crazy highball price on their website of $35,000, but in the window for $27K. Black book is $21,740 - $23,745. I'm going to offer $24,500 plus taxes, tires, and fees and see what they hit me back with. There's a Yota dealer down the road from them and it's an easy bargaining chip.

Canadian dollars, but bear in mind, when our dollar was worth more throughout 08 (and throughout '10 by the looks of it) full load Taco's were $40K.
