'09 DC off road w/ factory bluetooth question

'09 double cab off road owners w/ factory blue tooth- Where is your blue tooth button installed? The instruction manual from Toyota has the installation going in the same spot as the DAC buttion (2nd button to the left of the steering wheel). Just curious if anyone has it in a different place. If it's 2nd from left, where is your DAC button?
How about the mic? Instruction have it going at the seam between the center radio and steering above the little change tray.

I'm hoping to install this weekend. Any help would be appreciated.

 

My taco came factory with the BluLogic system. and it came installed in the second position, but I don't have the DAC system. It shouldn't matter which knock out panel you use. And they did install the mic just above that change compartment by the audio system.

 

My '09 DC TRD Offroad came w/ factory bluetooth, and I have 3 buttons on the steering wheel...

Anybody with an Off road Double Cab with Blue tooth other than in steering wheel?

 

from the factory i think it comes that way, take a picture so people here can see it. it might be something the dealer added after the fact. look on the sticker that was on your car when you bought it, it should say what it is.
