I have 2010 double cab, 6 cyl auto with 42k miles. I have noticed a slight rough idle when the truck is running in park or neutral. Seems to run fine all other times. I just changed the plugs (they were originally) thinking this may help but it had no effect. I would describe the "roughness" as just enough to notice while in your seat or grabbing the steering wheel.

Any info would be appreciated on what it may be or a suggested fix.

I have a 2013 with 9k miles and it does the same, only in park though.

Thanks. I have only had mine about a month and it has done it since i got it. Maybe it's just one of the things these trucks do. I am a long time GM truck guy (and still have a 2500 Duramax) so I am still learning about the Tacomas.

May need to pull your throttle body and clean the build up around the throttle plate and the body itself.

Clean the throttle body. Mine was a little rough when I bought it, used. I changed the plugs and cleaned the TB and it went back to a smooth idle.
