Slipping All Weather Mats - Recalled

I came across this http://uk.reuters.com/article/tnBasi...26974420070927

Although the Tacoma is not included, it seems that it should be from all the complaints that I've been reading about. The only mats they are recalling is the Camry.

This sounds more like user error to me. It sounds like the user is putting the all-weather mat on top of the regular mat. DUH!
