    The high end f150s have auto 4wd, and perhaps a center differential. So maybe that's what he meant.

    I doubt he gets better milage though.

    Since when do you trust what the "dealer" says? In my experience, I do my own research, and when I talk to the "dealer" they often don't understand their product as well as I understand the specific vehicle we are discussing. If it isn't written down in the OM, then I call "dealer BS"!
