    Hey TW Members!,
Im creating this thread to see the spread of people that are running ONLY the Billies 5100 upfront set at 1.75 to see how many have vibes and how many dont! Feel free if you are set at 2.5 to say so as well. I just took off a Pro Comp 2.25 Top mount spacers because the vibes were bad. Im not looking to drop lots of money into the new bearing by ecgs and all that stuff. So I decided on the billies. Any vibes with the billie users?:laser::plane:

At 1.75" with no extra vibes. Had some set at 2.5" on my last truck. I only experienced vibes when I would crest hills at speed and the truck would 'float' momentarily.

Set at the bottom with Eibach coils for about 3inches of lift. Can feel the needle bearing vibration a little more but nothing new.

The bearing could/probably will wear more over time and give you vibes

Any of you guys drop the differential with the Bilsteins? Im just curious. Also if yours is a 4x4 let me know as well. The prerunners arent having vibes like the 4x4's.

i have mine set at 2.5 currently, but am going to drop them to 1.75 so that when i load the back I don't get the bro lean. I have slight drive line vibes at 25mph, nothing crazy. Prefer the ride of the 5100 to the OR Billies that were in the truck originally

I have had mine at 1.75 for about a year no problems, wish it was higher though, might have to buy springs.

'06 4x4 DC. Had the Billies for about 3 years now, set at 1.75. When I had LT tires, I would get vibes, but I'm not sure if it was the balance of the tires, or the Billies. I now have P rated tires on the truck, and it's smooth as glass.

5100's all around. Front set at 1.75. Had vibrations in front and had to replace needle bearing in differential on drivers side with bushing and replace left CV axle. Drives great now. Only1K miles on lift.

The differential drops do nothing for 2nd gens but expose your differential to more damage. Don't do one - 4x4 sr5

Agreed. There is a great thread on here about it. I removed mine right after reading it.
