Any special things that a noob like me should consider, or should I just not even think about taking it off road?

The good thing about wheeling with a 2wd is you are never really too far from help when you need it. Just make sure you got somebody on standby to come yank your stuck butt out! lol

Wheeling with 4wd is always more risky, being that most of the time you are a lot farther down the trail and you may not know anyone willing to go that far with THEIR rig to come get you.

Have fun with it and dont blow your engine..... when your stuck..... your stuck.

Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
Im locked 2wd and the only time ive had to be pulled out was due to ground clearance. A good set of tires will also help. My ats due fine in themud but thelast park i went to was mostly sand stone and there was a few hills i couldnt climb but i climbed several that suprised me. The best part of 2wd wheeling is air down and up time is cut in half ha
