woops hood struts

    throttle body spacer ,jba headers with flomaster.17"tires Volant cold air induction
    :(anyone out there install redline tuning quick lift hood lift in a 2006 taco. I just put a Volant air induction in and thought it would be neat if I installed redline hood lift but even following the instructions completely guess what ? to my surprise the lift on the side where the Volant box is it wont close :confused: is their an alterative bracket or am I up the proverbially creek ? tried see if I could mount it off set or whatever there's no moving the box or grinding a slot in it:eek:
