Do you have to have a special lug nuts for aftermarket rims? I have an 05 with 3" pro comp lift and am running Nitto Trail Grappler 295/70/17 on Helo rims and between 45 and 60 mph it shakes real bad. I am using the lugs that came with my rims. Didn't know if it was the tires or what.

Double check the torque on the lug nuts. Should be about 85 ft-lbs. Next would be re balancing the tires. Lastly, is the alignment within specs, especially with the 3" lift? (factory UCA's ?)
