Need an explanation (cuz, I am dense)

    New truck....so nothing yet
    I was looking at the tire conversion chart on this forum.....
    I am going from a 265/65/17 to a 255/75/17 which is all fine and dandy BUT at the bottom of the chart is shows the gear ratios and RPM stuff, oh, and the fuel economy but doesn't really explain how to read that jibberish. Anyone???
