Strange noise

    07 PreRunner SR5 Dbl Cab Short Bed
    I have a 2007 Double cab with approx 94,000 miles. Just recently it started making rattle type noise. However it only does it under harder acclerations and when going up a hill. It seems like its coming from the rear and it very consistant like it's rotating until it finally trails off or I let off the accelerator. Any ideas what it may be?
